RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 3 business days after you place your order. Shipping is not possible on weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order shipping stages in the My Account section.
ORDER CANCELLATION
When you want to cancel any order, you can cancel it by informing banu@banjidesign.com with your order number and cancellation request. If your order has been "Shipped", you cannot cancel your order and return it.
CHANGE
Product exchanges cannot be made in online sales.
RETURN
Shopping rules on our site are determined by the Distance Selling Agreement. Changing the product, that is, the Right of Withdrawal period in accordance with the law. The Right of Withdrawal cannot be used in the following product groups;
